First of all, thank you so much for your order and for supporting our small business!
We do our best to fill all orders within 1-3 days. Shipping is through USPS and can take around 3-5 days to get to your door, depending upon your location. We will send you an email with your tracking information, and you'll know your jewelry is, then, on it's way.
RETURNS:
We, at TN Jewelry Art, want you to be completely pleased, so that you may enjoy your new jewelry for many years to come. The TN Jewelry Art collection is individually designed and each piece handmade. There are natural color distributions and pattern variations that occur in metals, gemstones, and beads. So no two pieces are alike. We try to note this in the item descriptions and show images to represent the variations. We test each clasp to ensure proper functionality. Due to this we have outlined returns/exchanges in the scenarios below.
For these reasons we accept returns on a case by case basis. So, please, email us at [email protected].
• Defective jewelry can be returned within 10-days of receipt. Defective jewelry refers to any cause of defect from the construction of the piece. If a replacement piece is not requested, a refund for the full amount, minus shipping, will be given upon inspection of the item. TN Jewelry Art reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not appear to have any defect. For replacement pieces, TN Jewelry Art will incur the shipping costs, and the goal is to ship within 15 business days of receipt of the returned piece.
• Errors caused by TN Jewelry Art fulfillment or processing will be corrected. If an item of jewelry needs to be remade and returned to the customer, we will do so as expeditiously as possible and with materials that are as close to the original item as possible. If materials are unavailable or have extended lead times, we reserve the right to make similar substitutions. We will communicate these details with you, so that you feel confident in your replacement piece. Our goal is to ship the replacement piece within 15 business days after the piece arrives back at the TN Jewelry Art studio. All shipping costs will be at the expense of TN Jewelry Art.
• Non-refundable items include all discounted or sale items. Unless defective, these items are final sale.
What steps must I take to return an item?

We will issue a RMA# so that we can fully track the return. Failure to have a RMA number with any return may result in a $25 processing fee.
